Description
Annual strength & balance fitness exams should be a part of good health, just like our annual Dental exams. These annual assessments will give you clarity on your fall risk based on five key areas:
- Posture
- Flexibility
- Strength
- Balance
- Endurance
During our 1.5-hour session, we will conduct a comprehensive fitness evaluation & will provide suggested exercises to increase your strength & balance! It’s so fun to stay healthy!
