I accept traditional Medicare, Regence & cash.

Our Physical Therapy Session Flow:
One-on-one physical therapy session in your home or office.
The initial session is 1 hour with subsequent sessions being 45 min. Treatment duration is determined by your needs, how your body responds to the interventions, our mutual availability & your desire to continue. Therapy is always voluntary, I am here to serve you!
Pre-work:
I will contact your Medicare or Regence insurance company to verify your coverage. I often send the information to your primary care provider to ensure your providers are successfully collaborating on your treatment plan.
Please provide a list of your current medications & exercise routine.
Pricing: Billed to Medicare or Regence; Cash clients pay $175 for the initial assessment & $100/45 min session.
